Aloha. My name is Jim Medeiros, Sr., owner of Kuleana Consulting, LLC. 

Along with my two sons, Jim Jr. and Jordan. My parents, Clarence Mokuohai Puhalahua Medeiros and Pansy Wiwoole Kalalahua Medeiros, are descendants of Pu’uhonua ‘O Honaunau and the adjoining ahupua’a, including Ki’ilae in South Kona. 

My mom’s family are Lawai’a, fisherman who still fish these areas, continuing our Hawaiian cultural practices.

Kuleana Consulting, LLC, Is a family business, owned and operated by the Medeiros family – myself and my two sons, Hawaiians who have lived, farmed and worked in South Kona for our entire lives. 

As a family, we have extensive experience working with the land, honing specialty skills passed down to us by my father, Clarence Medeiros Sr., and our many aunties and uncles, as well as cultural practitioners throughout Hawaii.
